Inclusive Playgroups Return in 2026 with Horizon Over the Spectrum

DeKalb County Community Resource Network (DCRN) is pleased to share upcoming inclusive family programming from Horizon Over the Spectrum, an organization dedicated to creating welcoming, low-pressure environments for neurodivergent children and their families.

In 2026, Horizon Over the Spectrum will host monthly playgroup events throughout Metro Atlanta, offering sensory-aware experiences designed specifically for children on the autism spectrum.

Upcoming Event: Slime & Shine – A Valentine’s Day Social

Horizon Over the Spectrum will kick off the year with a special Valentine’s-themed playgroup designed with flexibility, inclusion, and sensory awareness in mind.

This calm and inclusive event is open to the first 25 participants or while supplies last. Caregivers must remain on-site, and light refreshments will be provided.
